Artsbeat is an award winning, free magazine celebrating the creative and performing arts in Derbyshire and the Peak District. The 56th issue is out now covering events happening in June and it will be distributed throughout the county from Glossop in the north to south of Derby City in Melbourne.
A big thank you must go to all the fantastic venues which stock the magazine for people to pick up. It is great to have so much support from the community in getting artsbeat out there to you all. They are all listed below.
The A5 glossy magazine is packed full of features about people involved in the arts and events coming up during the month. There are features on theatre and shows, music and dance, art and exhibitions, literature and poetry, film and photography as well an extensive what’s on agenda.
There is also the very popular Have A Go section aimed at workshops – and of course there are the usual arena pages packed with arts news and the agenda pages with what’s on listings as well as Attitude where you can read reviews of past shows.
There is also a music section. If there are any bands out there who would like to feature in future gig guides then send your details to firstname.lastname@example.org
This website will be updated most days throughout the month to complement the magazine and keep you up-to-date with breaking news.
If you think you should be featured in the magazine, have any ideas for features or would like to advertise then contact me by email at email@example.com.
