Oddsocks Shakespeare shows now online

Oddsocks Productions is staying connected across  social media platforms and bringing entertainment to audiences (old and new!) during the Covid-19 crisis.

Each Friday evening at 7pm, they are releasing videos of past performances on their website and YouTube channel OddsocksComms for you to enjoy at your own leisure and free of charge. Last Friday Twelfth Night was uploaded.

Oddsocks Productions, which is based in Derby, are one of the UKs best-loved touring theatre companies.

Normally they tour a minimum of twice a year, across the UK and Channel Islands with accessible, entertaining, bold and adventurous adaptations of Shakespeare and classic stories but now they are in lockdown with the rest of us.

They understand that many people are under financial hardship at this time, however, if you are in a position to make a donation in return for viewing one of the online performances, it would be very much appreciated and will go towards supporting Oddsocks and the freelance artists in the videos.

They are an independent company and do not receive any public funding so to help keep the afloat you can make a donation by clicking on this link and following the instructions http://www.oddsocks.co.uk

You can also subscribe to the Youtube channel to keep up with the latest online performances!
