A vegetarian bistro in Chesterfield is staging an evening of food and folk-pop music with singer/songwriter Emaline Delapaix, and Lukas Creswell-Rost on guitar.
Thyme To Eat, in The Shambles, is hosting the event on April 20 and the ticket price includes a selection of vegetarian tapas or vegan and gluten free curry.
Emaline is an Australian singer, composer and musician who lives in Berlin.
She spends a lot of time writing intense folk-pop songs for piano, acoustic guitar, celtic harp and sometimes whatever else she has lying about the place.
Her lyrics explore themes such as the human condition, depression, animal rights, feminism , sexuality as well as love, nature and adventure out on the open road.
She is a vegan which is one of the reasons why she is keen to play at the Chesterfield bistro.
