Ears on a Beatle staged in Derby

john lennonEars on a Beatle is a play that was written by Mark St. Germain  and follows the evolving relationship between two surveillance agents assigned to monitor the personal, professional and political activities of former Beatle band member and anti-war activist John Lennon and his wife Yoko Ono during the 1970s.

It is being staged at Derby’s Guildhall Theatre Clubrooms from December 16-19 by DerbyLIVE and Lost Boys theatre group.
Dr Pete Meakin, director of Ears on a Beatle, said: “This play is a gem. It’s an absolute joy to be working on such a text with two such talented actors as Ben Adwick and Paul Broesmith of Lost Boys.”
