All-night horror film festival at QUAD

QUAD_coreLogo_processDead And Breakfast – QUAD in Derby’s annual all-night horror film event – returns to the venue to celebrate Halloween on Saturday October 26.

Featuring the classic horror film Halloween, as well as five other films: Halloween II, Lifeforce, The Haunting, 100 Bloody Acres and Tremors Dead And Breakfast V screens through the night and concludes with a breakfast bacon buttie – or veggie alternative – in QUADs Café bar in the morning.

Dead And Breakfast V: (A New Beginning For The Dream Child of Michael Myers!) is the fifth instalment of QUAD’s annual event and this year includes horror classics, naked space vampires, supernatural scares, road-kill and underground giant killer worms!

The event begins at 8pm with John Carpenter’s legendary horror film Halloween, one of the classics of horror cinema with one of the most memorable soundtracks. Jamie Lee Curtis plays the infamous babysitter who is stalked by the evil Michael Myers.

Tickets for Dead And Breakfast V: (A New Beginning For The Dream Child of Michael Myers!) (certificate 18) are £25, or £23 concessions, which includes all six screenings and breakfast in QUAD Café after the films. Tickets are also available for the single screening of Halloween (18) at 8pm: priced at £7.60 or £6 concessions.

There is also a chance to get in the mood for Halloween with…Halloween (18) which screens again on Thursday October 31 at 8:45pm. Ticket prices are: £7.60 or £6 concessions.
